Shared Site Builds
Multi-operator infrastructure support. These projects involve the specialized engineering of high-load-bearing infrastructure designed to facilitate the co-location of multiple Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) on a single structure. By conducting rigorous structural analysis, we ensure that towers and monopoles can support the cumulative weight and wind-load of diverse antenna arrays and remote radio units (RRUs), helping clients reduce CAPEX while maintaining strict frequency isolation.

Temporary Sites
Rapid deployment solutions. For short-term capacity requirements or emergency network restoration, we provide rapid-response deployment of “Cell on Wheels” (COWs) and “Cell on Van” (COVs) that can be operational within hours. These self-contained units feature telescoping masts and integrated power solutions, managed from site leveling and stabilization to final RF integration, ensuring 99.9% uptime during high-density events or disaster recovery.

Rooftop Installations
Gantries, cabling and RF equipment. This service requires a sophisticated approach to structural engineering, utilizing non-penetrating ballast frames or chemical anchoring to secure heavy RF equipment without compromising the host building’s waterproofing or integrity. We manage the entire verticality of the project, from custom bracket fabrication to complex cable routing and the installation of specialized gantry support systems that maximize signal propagation in urban environments.
05.
Mast Delivery, Assembly & Erection
Full structural assembly. We coordinate the end-to-end logistics and high-stakes rigging required to transport and erect large-scale lattice towers and monopoles in both remote and urban locations. Using heavy-lift cranes and torque-calibrated bolting, our teams ensure that every structure is leveled to within millimeters of engineering specifications, incorporating fall-arrest systems, aircraft warning lights, and lightning conductors for a fully commissioned build.

Recoveries & Decommissioning
Site removal and compliance. As network technologies evolve, we provide a systematic approach to dismantling obsolete infrastructure, focusing on hardware recovery for redeployment and environmentally responsible disposal of waste. Following the safe removal of antennas and feeders, we perform full site sterilization and structural restoration, providing “Certificate of Compliance” documentation to release the client from future lease or liability obligations.

Gantry Installations
Brackets, antennas and cabling. We design and install custom-fabricated steel gantry frameworks that serve as the elevated backbone for high-density cabling and radio equipment management. Each gantry is hot-dip galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance and engineered to provide a secure, organized platform that protects critical network infrastructure from ground-level hazards while facilitating easier access for future maintenance and upgrades.

Cell Extender Installations
Indoor coverage solutions. To combat signal degradation in “dead zones,” we implement advanced bi-directional amplifiers (BDAs) and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) tailored for high-density industrial parks and basement levels. The process involves a comprehensive RF site survey to identify signal gaps, followed by the strategic placement of donor and service antennas to ensure seamless handovers and improved Quality of Service (QoS) for the end-user.

Maintenance & Repairs
Ongoing support and fault resolution. We provide 24/7 preventative and corrective maintenance, encompassing regular structural integrity audits, rust treatment, and the testing of passive infrastructure like coaxial cables (VSWR testing). Our reactive teams are equipped to handle emergency faults immediately, identifying potential points of failure before they cause downtime to ensure the continuous network availability expected in the modern landscape.
10.
Electrical Installations
ACDB, earthing and power integration. The reliability of a telecom site is dependent on its foundational electrical integrity, including the installation of AC/DC distribution boards (ACDB), backup battery banks, and automatic change-over switches for generators. We prioritize site-critical safety through the implementation of deep-earth grounding grids and lightning protection systems designed to divert high-voltage surges away from sensitive electronic equipment.
11.
Surveys & Documentation
Layouts, drawings and compliance. Accurate technical data is the prerequisite for any successful build, involving comprehensive RF path analysis, topographical mapping, and structural load assessments. These findings are translated into high-accuracy CAD “As-Built” drawings and site layouts, which are essential for securing municipal building permits and ensuring the project meets all national telecommunications compliance standards.
